I got a brilliant book on my latest trip to NY called wikinomics - how mass collaboration changes everything, my guess is if you're reading this you're probably half way there but it is an inspiring read, and in the spirit of the book here are our first draft floorplans for the building...
I can't believe its 3.00 am and I'm sat typing this, but then its one way of dealing with jet lag. I hope I get some sleep as I'm having some leaving do's this week, tomorrow night with 4 close mates and then a about 100 or so people from music and the ad industry on Friday (what a combination that will be - will there be enough room for the egos) and a family and friends picnic on Hampstead Heath on Sunday. I really should get some sleep.

I've just watched the first two episodes of the new BBC (imported from NBC) series and it is quite simply amazing, like a hollywood blockbuster in an hour every week. Sky plus series linked...
I have been travelling a lot of late and I've not been on this blog thing, but I'm back now.
Some of you may have read about these new airlines with weird names that fly across to the US flymax, jetplus, silversurfingflyme etc. for a fraction of the cost of the big boys but in style, well if you like queing up endlessly, arriving at the airport impossibly early, departing inevitably late and eating food that was made in the 60's then stick with the big boys as there's none of that nonsense on these new ones. EOS (not the camera or the car) whisk you from the kerbside to teh plane effortlessly and dont charge you much for the priveledge. On board it is so good, and no I am not on commisssion. When I first flew I was a tad nervous as I didn't know anyone who had flown but once they gave me my headphones, laptop and some booze I was chilled. Look at that space...
I cant help but admire the promotion of the Simpsons Movie; as well as the usual things like a cracking review and some ads they've got a 'create your own simpson avatar' on their website, being a sad Homer like individual I did it and then I did the whole family, doh.
So tonight I'm off to see Newton Faulkner, Hugh Goldsmith took me to see him many months ago at the Water Rats and I was blown away, tonight he's playing the Union Chapel in Islington. I know we shouldn't use these blogs to just plug an artist but serioulsly what this guy can do with acoustic guitar is mind blowing, listen to his cover of Massive Attack's Teardrop everything you here is him and a guitar.
